I want to start working out and toning my “problem areas” just for me. Is there somewhere online you can go and set up something like that?

I know of a great site if you’re interested in running. Before I found this site I thought of runners as psychotic health freaks until I started running. Let me tell you, the rush you feel when you can go 30 minutes running non-stop. This website has an excellent beginner program, a daily log/planner, fitness tips, and a discussion board. Yes, it’s limited to running, but you can include other forms of exercise as well in the log. The best part… it’s completely FREE!
Well, hopefully you have good enough insurance, so it won’t cost you anything, or only a co-payment, but you should start w/ seeing your Doctor first. Parks are usually only free if you are over 50. But if you put in the search bar, free exercise plans, you’ll get lots of sites to choose from. Good luck!
Try spark people http://www.sparkpeople.com You can plan your workouts, goals, and meals using the website.
