im a 13 year old girl. i need a good diet and fitness plan to stay in shape and be healthy. please dont say im too young. i just want a schedule to follow everyday. thanks so much!! and how much water should i be drinking everyday?

East natural foods not processed. East fish, chicken and turkey. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Watch you sugar and salt intake. Good Luck. Most important do not skip a meal. Eat every three hours.

    1.eat plenty of fresh raw vegies
    2. eat plenty of fruit
    3.eat lots of protien like nut,meat,etc.
    4.just to be on the safe side eat mixed in fiber in anything you drink or eat (includeing water)
    5.cut down on sodas that can healp you loose 5 pounds alone
    6.eat moat of you sweet foods in the morning to give you energy and a faster matabolizum
    7.eat things like yogurt with added fruit for a sank or sweet dipping sause
    8.keep to a low cal miniume like 1200-1600 cal a day
    9.drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water a day to loose water weight
