    Don’t have a plan exactly. Two kids, one being a toddler – so I am kept on my toes quite a bit.

    I try to do weights at least twice a week, cycle at least twice a week, and do an aerobic class at least once a week. The trick is to try to do at each of those at least once a week. If I can get three days of exercise in a week, I’m doing good.

    Now that the holidays are over, it will be easier to get back into a steady routine.
