I am currently a full time student living at school and within the past 2 months i have gained almost up to ten pounds. I truly hate this feeling and i want a really good and motivating plan. I am 5 ‘7 155 lbs and want to loose at least 10-20 lbs. i just need some tips and ideas on how to accomplish this, and not stop within the first week of doing so. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

LOL! I actually have a blog that I am constantly updating about this kind of stuff!
It is geared towards those who have more like 25+ lbs to lose, but it will totally help you too!

Cottage Cheese has a LOT of protein in it. Lentils, nuts, etc.

I am a 16 year old girl, 5’7 and 140 pounds. I want to loose about 10 pounds before school starts in a month. Is that reasonable? It is hard for me to exercise a lot because I have a large bust. I need a plan that will include a workout routine. And please don’t suggest a website because you almost always have to pay or it’s just crappy.
Any help or personal routine is welcome! Thank you!

Im on a diet at the moment and ive lost a lot of weight in 2/3 weeks my diet is just..
Breakfast – Cheerios and Skimmed Milk – Cornflakes and other cereals are okay too but make sure its nothing chocolatey
Lunch and Dinner for me is just salad with a bit of dressing – Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoes, Peppers, Corn on the cob, Green beans, CousCous
Snacks – Fruit, Apples, Bannanas, Strawberrys
Dont eat after 6pm, people usually arent that active after that time and whatever is eaten after then just sits on your stomach and turns to fat.
Excercise – 1 hour a day should be fine but when you really get into it more is good just not too much as you dont want an injury, stretching is also important to save on the aches in the morning.
Im not one of them kind of people that would go running around in the morning but i do workout dvds, saves money on going to the gym, there easy to download and if you get the right one can do wonders, the ones that work for me are Deanne Berry and Davina Fit
Walking is also good, i know the meals may seem a bit dull but because they are so low in calories the excercise you do will burn them off easilly and then burn off loads of fat

i would say about an hour 30 min a day u can eat anything u want in small portions as long as u drink 8 glasses of water a day and alot of fruits and veggies some exercises are: 25 push up run a mile 25 curl ups STRETCH ALOT!!!! and anything else u can think of.
