I Just need to lose the belly (jelly belly) and legs and bum trimmer. But i dont know what to do or how long for and whats best to eat please help the suns coming out..

start deciding on wat food u will eat and wat time. also decide wat time u will exercise

Well I am starting school again in two months so I want to beat my mile time. My average mile time is 7:34 , but I want to beat it by atleast a minute.

How much should I run a week?
should I run more then amile a day?

I’m 13 years old , 5 foot 1 inches. And 109 pounds.

I want to lose 15-20 by Thanksgiving. I have the diet part pretty much down. I’m wondering is it a good idea to exercise 2-3 x’s a day or is that excessive. Any suggestions?

You and me both I just started a month ago and I work out 5-6 days a week alternating cardio and lifting.
