i recently made athletics and i am totaly out of shape and i would really apprecieate it if someone can give me not really a schedule just tell me what do i have to do a day and how long…oh and i need to increase my speed by august 27,07…and by the way i am 12 years old and i weigh 71pounds 5 ounces…i will do whatever it takes to get faster in running….thankss

I often stay in hotels for work and I’d like to continue with the plan while I’m away, but worry that I’ll bring the ceiling down on the room below if I do the final running on the spot exercise! Can anyone suggest an alternative I can do in my room without distubing anyone else? Thanks

The majortity of us know that we need to lose that extra weight. Just think of the health advantages and your looks. I’ve been on a fitness plan for about 2 weeks now. I run a 10min mile, which i am trying to increase to 2 miles and get them under 8min, and walk with an incline for a while. I hit a 100lb bag for 3min and alternate with three weight lifting exercises. I bench press, do squats, crunches. I just feel like I’m not getting the most out of it all. I want to get big arms and lose the spare tire around my waist.

If you want the best results, you need to get rid of the cafeine in your diet, get rid of the refined sugar in your diet, and eat more protein. Your body will then use the stored fat and you will build muscle.
