Im borrowing the discs from a friend but dont have that book and was wondering what the three phases consisted of and how to follow them. I know its important to the program. A link would be great but anything helps thanks.

I’ve been trying to run everyday for at least a mile or 2, but my parents rarely let me out by myself because of our neighborhood. so I never really get my exercise… I’m trying to lose weight, a looot too. but i can’t seem to do anything at home. but recently my parents bought a trampoline and a exercise bike so i was wondering what your suggestions are in ways i can use this to the best of my ability and lose weight? :/

If your trying to lose weight do atkins it gets weight off quick, if you want to get healthy just eat small portions of healthy foods 6 times a day and work out 3 to 5 times a week

if you over work and or damage an area it must recover. From tearing and damage comes scar tissue. This scar tissue effects you later in life. Injure bones and joints can stop any further work out.
Pro athletes do this all the time.
