I am a 16 year old boy and currently weight around 160. I am trying to loose all the extra fat in my body and get in good fit condition. I do not have weights available however so I need a plan that involves a treadmill and sets of push up and sit ups and more. Please help me find out a plan that will make me loose the fat I have and be in a thin good healthy fit shape.

A lot of the people in prison are in very good shape. Trust me, they don’t have a treadmill.
Probably the first thing to do is get off of Y/A! and at least walk around some.

i am 20 years old, i want to start going to the gym to build muscles and do a bit of fitness. I am 6ft (approx 180 cm) and 14 stone (90kg). I have started to play rugby twice a week in which i play prop and i would like to use the gym to help me with the rugby.

No smoking – no beer/ale – no booze – no drugs – no junk food – no fast food garbage – no sugary sweet soda’s.
Get on a good, healthy, balanced diet including plenty of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink plenty of water, fruit juices & milk to help keep the traffic flowing. Snack on lots of RAW fruit & veggies. Never skip breakfast. You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Get up one hour early every morning & take a BRISK 30 minute walk – then – do the same thing again in the evening after dinner. Start doing push ups – sit ups – pull ups – skipping rope. Get 8 hours sleep each nite. Avoid stress at work & at home. Within 90 days you will be amazed. NO CHEATING !!!!!

I have found a few online diet and fitness plans that look grea.. However, does anyone know of a site that will allow me to gain weight? They all seem to be geared for weight loss.. I really just want to use it for meal planning, so that I don’t have to count calories and nutrition myself.. Any help would be appreciated!

An employee at GNC told me that it’s a good idea to detox before a weight loss or fitness plan. He said it cleanses the body and and you can loss weight faster. Is this true?

A detox will cleanse your body and make it more likely for you to stick with a diet because you are less likely to develop cravings. But it won’t make the diet work more efficiently beyond the mental state.

I really want to have a fitness plan to go by to get my pony fit. He is currently 10years, 14hh, clydie x anglo-arab and he is really really fat but semi-fit. Like he can do acouple of rounds at 90cm but is puffing alot after. And he can trot for about 5minutes straight then gets abit tired but he is an extremly active pony! Does anyone have any good sites for me to look at or any plan’s themselves? Thanks.

Personally what I do when a horse needs to be conditioned is to do a lot of work on the flat. Make a strict schedule. Example, if you are riding for an hour, you could try:
-Warm-up walk, ten minutes.
-Trotting, ten minutes.
-Walk break, four minutes.
-Trotting, fifteen minutes.
-Walk break, five minutes.
-Cantering, ten minutes.
-Cool-off, six-ten minutes.
That’s just one thing. I like to do a lot of trot and canter work, nice and forward on the flat. Really get him to reach out in his stride and bend into the corners. Soon enough that should get him conditioned.
But don’t take it too fast and wear him out. If it gets hot where you live, be sure to let him have lots of walk breaks and some water.

Im a female and weigh 120 pounds, hgt – 5’2. I’m 16 and play tennis and soccer. February 24th is the day of tennis tryouts and I want to make sure I’m in top shape especially for endurance. These are some of the exercises I do already. Wall sits, front and side planks, crunches, and bicep curls. I’m not that good at running becuase I can go about 30 seconds then I’m really tired and can’t really breathe that well and theres not that many places around here to run to practice. The only equipment we have is an ab lounge, leg magic, that blow up ball thing, and 2 five pound weights. Also have a half working weight machine with four-roll leg developer, high pulley, butterfly arms, and some type of squat thing, and a chest press. Sometimes I do Denise Austins workouts on Lifetime in the mornings. My goal is to be overall fit with muscles but not ugly ones, and to have not only strength but endurance. I need some more power to kick the soccer ball with, more arm strength for tennis
