Question by Alex: What is the best 9 months fitness plan?
I want to start a 9 months work out plan.
What is the best alternance of phases (i.e. strength, endurance, and so on…)?
My goal is to gain 5 kgs of lean mass.
Also, can I do a lot of cardio like running at the same time, without affecting lean mass gains?

I would have to say that the best work out plan would be pyramiding, to gain muscle. Start with a certain amount of weight that you can do 12 reps with, and then add 5 pounds to that and then do 10 reps then add 5 more and do 8 reps and then add 5 more and do 5 reps. this is the best way to gain muscle mass. if you are talking about curls though you should probibly add less then 5 each time like maybe 2 pounds. and and yes you can do cardio without affecting muscle gain because cardio will help tone the muscle that you are making so alternating every couple of days is a good thing.

so yeah i need a fitness plan that will give me a nice lean toned body i do yoga and i jog and i am fixing to start pilates so is this good or what ?
i eat very healthy food and i drink lots of water
but i haven’t seen much change i have been doing this yoga and jogging for 2 months i am fixing to ad the pilates that should help right?

that’s a great exercise regiment, but it wont do much without proper diet and hydration– try adding these 3 steps to your exercise routine to see the best results:

1. Drink more water– divide your weight in pounds by 2 and that’s how many ounces to drink per day. (Example: 150 lbs: 150/2=75 oz per day) this is the minimum, more is better.
2. Eliminate as many processed foods as possible and replace them with fresh fruits and vegetables and lean meats. The less processed foods, the more success you’ll see.
3. Eat the proper amount of food, my preferred calculation is the Harris Benedict Equation (Google will give you a dozen calculators for it)

I’m a 14 year old about to turn 15 and im gunna be in high school and I want to build muscles, I need to Build My chest, get bigger arms, i wana have six pack abs and workouts that are gunna make my legs srtonger. but i also want an organized diet plan. I dont care how long itll take me i just wana build more muscle mass around my body.

Do a proven fitness and diet program and you should definitely get good results. Check out the Fat X Program from www.FatX101.com. It’s awesome at burning off body fat and for getting ripped fast. The workout videos and diet info are free. It worked great for me. Good luck.
