Question by Just a small town girl.. FROM CANADA!: How much weight do you think I’ll lose following this fitness plan?
Tuesday, Thursday: Run around my block twice
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: General excercising and stretches (situps, jumping jacks, etc) for 30 minutes and tae kwon do for 30 minutes
– Cutting out soda completely
– Cutting down on fatty foods

I’m 13 and I’m 5 feet tall and 125 lbs. How much weight do you think I’ll lose in a month?
