I really need to get fit for the new season as I have done very little over the last few months and struggle seriously with a few short sprints. If anyone can give me a link to a good fitness plan for the gym or if you can tell me what to do I’d be extremely grateful.

Change your diet. Eat fruits and vegetables, stay away from processed foods, and drink water. You want to clean your system out of all the junk you may have been putting in it.

Start going for walks everyday. Go for a mile or so, and then extend the time a little bit every couple days. You do not have to own a gym membership to lose weight, but it will connect you with other people that also are looking to lose weight or build muscle.

So I want to be a model but i have a bit of centimetres I need to loose from my measurements.

I can do swimming, cycling and jogging. And I’m thinking of taking a pilates class.

How much of each of these should I be doing, etc.?

Also, what kind of diet should I keep?
Should I do juice detoxes?

You need to eat about 1400 calories per day. Aim for foods like fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and wholegrain cereals. Here is a 1400 calorie meal plan which includes tips on the kinds of foods to eat…

You can do the occasional detox, but in the long run they aren’t good for you, and they don’t help with long term weight loss.

Try and exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week and get your heart rate to at least 60% of your maximum to ensure that you are burning fat. Try and vary your exercise as much as possible, do a different type of exercise every day or every other day and every few weeks change your exercise plan so that you don’t hit a plateau. Swimming, cycling, jogging, and pilates will all help you. Do some aerobics as well, and try using the equipment at the gym.

Something i could stick to and do every day., like idk jog for so long, then do crunches or whatever. Just whatever I need to do to lose 20 pounds over the summer. I really really need this, please help, thanks!

Jog then do alot of pushups and sit-ups and try to increase the number of them u do each day helps a ton
