Question by —: Can you help me create a daily fitness plan to loose weight? I’m trying to become a model.?
So I want to be a model but i have a bit of centimetres I need to loose from my measurements.
I can do swimming, cycling and jogging. And I’m thinking of taking a pilates class.
How much of each of these should I be doing, etc.?
Also, what kind of diet should I keep?
Should I do juice detoxes?

You need to eat about 1400 calories per day. Aim for foods like fresh fish, fruit and vegetables and wholegrain cereals. Here is a 1400 calorie meal plan which includes tips on the kinds of foods to eat…
You can do the occasional detox, but in the long run they aren’t good for you, and they don’t help with long term weight loss.
Try and exercise for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week and get your heart rate to at least 60% of your maximum to ensure that you are burning fat. Try and vary your exercise as much as possible, do a different type of exercise every day or every other day and every few weeks change your exercise plan so that you don’t hit a plateau. Swimming, cycling, jogging, and pilates will all help you. Do some aerobics as well, and try using the equipment at the gym.

Question by Julia V: Can you give me an internet resource to find and/or create a fitness plan?
My plan is to use this entire upcoming year preparing to apply for police departments and I’m in less-than-stellar shape. If not an online resource, what are your recommendations to come up with a fitness plan?
