Question by nerdy!: wut is a good diet and fitness plan for a swimmer?
i am a 13 year old girl and i want to be an olympic swimmer, i want to lose 20 pounds and gain alot of strength, what would be a good diet and fitness plan that would get me ready in 4-8 years. what should a swimmer eat??

    hhhmmm….. you could start off by eating right and doing push-ups, sit-ups running would also help…and practice any time you can in the pool…..work up some arm and leg strength…maybe by going to the gym…

    i hope to see you when i go to the Olympics in London in 2012!! 😀
