running for like 20 mintues like 4 times a week and just small sprints
but don’t lose to much weight you sound healthy

I’m the same height and weight as you and I’m looking for a fitness plan too. Without all those pills and stuff.

At this age just being active is probably the most important. I highly recommend joining a sport. Ones great for fitness purposes are Cross Country, Swimming, Track and Field. If sports aren’t your thing than I suggest try jogging a few miles a week because that is always helpful and being active in your daily life.

you are at a perfect weight, i`m 13, 5ft 6in, and 115lbs, you are at a perfect weight, if you want muscle, i suggest light free weights, 10lbs or less

I don’t think you need to worry about your weight at this age but me and my sister are about the same age as you and we run about two laps around the neighborhood each day. We also stretch before we run, if you run you should always stretch before or else you can pull a ligament or tendon. You should also eat healthier, (ex: vegetables, popcorn, fruit, etc.) You should only have about two types of dessert a week. Hope I helped!

No fitness plans or diets work without one thing and thats your complete heart and will to lose weight. I’d simply suggest changing the way you think about food and trying to see it as a means to live rather than a great experience to eat. That coupled with plenty of exercise and you cant go wrong.

  7. Laurie says:

you sound healthy, but to maintain that weight it’s good to excercise about 30 minutes a day. it could be walking, biking, running, sports, anything that you enjoy.

  8. Angel says:

Swim laps at a local place.
