Ok Sooooooooo here is how it goes. . .

10min. of stretching(just for overall flexibility
30-40min on the treadmill
Maybe a video for pilates????

OK so if you have anything to add or find any problems please tell me!!!!!!!!!!! Just don’t be to hard!!!

But its not quite done yet so thats why i asked!

build exercise up slowly and eat healthy, balanced meals

    what speed are you going on for the treadmill? I usually do 6 for the first 7 minutes, then do 7 for the next 20 min.
