eat less, exercise more. lose the weight at your own rate. 2 lbs/day is too quickly — not healthy! you did NOT put the weight on that fast! plus, if you lose it very fast then you are not likely to keep it off, which is the whole point, anyway!
What do you think? Answer below!
Eat Grapefruit all 3 meals, And drink nothing but water, It is good for about 25lbs off in a week,
NO. You should not lose more than 1-2 lbs per WEEK if you want to stay healthy. It sounds like you should see your doctor and ask him/her for a referral to a good nutritionist who can help you learn how to eat healthy. And you need to exercise too.
Key words: yogurt, milk, & green tea. All of these are your snacks, yogurt thre times daily as snacks. Start your day with milk with cereals, or added to the coffee. Fat fighting product is green tea drink atleast 16 ounces every day. Drink alot of water to keep yourself full and eat healthy. you will loose more pounds, but not 2 pounds daily.
The negative calorie diet just might do the trick
