I dont, but I lost alot of weight just on a pilates workout dvd
It gave me great muscles too.

smaller portions and run like hell! If you get really hungry, add 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar to water and drink it- it’s appetite suppressent, plus the vinegar is good for your body. But don’t overuse that trick, cuz then you’ll need anti-diarrea caplets. Or the less extreme way is do what my friends mom did. she was 63 when she lost 30 lbs. She just ate smaller portions, it took about 6 months.
