Question by sweetiexoxo: Can somebody write me up a fitness and diet plan?
I want to lose some weight for my prom which is in 2 weeks, because recently I’ve noticed I’m putting more weight on than usual. Can anybody write me up a diet plan and a fitness routine for 2 weeks? (I don’t eat vegetables, I don’t like them so don’t suggest those please, I like fruit however). Thank you! Also, can you tell me how to do each exercises briefly or any other ideas for losing weight in 2 weeks?

Diets to lose weight don’t work because the body goes into a kind of starvation mode where is squirrels away every spare calorie as fat and can even use bone and muscle tissue for energy. You need to eat sensibly as recommended in the Harvard Eating Pyramid and exercise at your target heart rate to reduce the percentage of body fat.

Question by R3d EYe5 DaRKn35S DraG0N Ma5T3R: Can someone help me work out a fitness plan?
I’m 13, 5″1- 5″2 and 154 Lbs.
I can wake up early if I have to, I have a stationary bicycle, I drink 2 cups of water a day, and I have 3-4 hours of free time.
Is Salad/Fruit and whole wheat bread/Oatmeal the way to go for the diet part?
Best answer:
Answer by j
First off, a healthy body needs 8 cups of water a day. A stationary bike is only good for losing fat – not building muscle. Your diet should consist of fruits, vegetables, whole wheat everything (pasta, bread, ect) a good multivitamin (I use A to Zinc). Also include almonds/walnuts, lots of lean meats and egg whites.
As for a fitness plan, you haven’t provided a goal so theres no way to give a plan.
If you want to lose weight then eat well and ride your stationary bike. You can burn some 500 calories an hour with that. Get outside and run, enjoy the summer. When your at the pool, swim laps, don’t jus mess around with your buddies.
If you want to gain muscle, your gonna have to do lots of pushups, pullups, squats, lunges, crunches, situps – assuming you have no weights.
Fitness is 80% diet. If you can’t eat right then all the working out in the world won’t help you.

I cant remember how much fat you should consume per day, but I’m glad to hear someone with a resonable goal. 2 to 3 pounds per week is a very health and doable goal. good luck. although, it doesnt sound like you need to loose any weight.

Question by MidnightBlue: Does this sound like a good fitness plan?
I plan to do aerobic exercise for an hour, 6 days a week
And for toning I was thinking of doing the arms & pectoral area one day, working on my abs & back the next & then on the 3rd day working on my butt & legs. Then repeating this cycle twice a week in line with the aerobic exercise.
Does this sound like it would be beneficial? How long are you supposed to spend on toning & are there any websites with examples of exercises?
Thanks for reading?

Why is nutrition important while developing a fitness plan?

Question by why dont u ask someone else?: Why is nutrition important while developing a fitness plan?
Best answer:
Answer by WRen
Because if you expend a lot of energy without the proper nutritional backup, you’re just going to exhaust yourself. Yes, exercise does burn calories, but you have to make sure you’re getting everything you need to replenish your energy. When your muscles get sore, proper nutrition can help speed the healing process, etc.
Theoretically, you could just stop eating and continue exercising and thusly burn fat away without worrying about gaining any weight back, but you’d be very tired and may not heal properly and things may begin to get wonky.
