Question by Sean Y: What should people think about when starting a fitness plan?
I am trying to think of some idea’s of what you should think about when making a fitness plan for someone? (School)

Their current physical abilities and limitations. Age, sex, resources (gym, home, extremely hot & cold weather). Goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength, endurance – and the goal measurement of each).

    removing unwanted fatty areas, building muscle, gaining energy, weight loss, self esteem.
