Question by k-jo.rox: What do you think of this fitness plan?
I love doing all types of exercise. So I’ve just put together a plan.

Mon, Wed, Fri- jog 10 min, aprox. 20-30 min of yoga
Tues, Thurs- 50 minute pilates

It looks great just remember to adjust your protein levels for maximum fat burn.

    Pretty decent if you’re just “maintaining” or exercising for the sake of exercise.

    But if you want to lose major weight that wouldn’t be enough cardio.

    But overall it is very good, considering some exercise is better than none!

    it looks like youl be in real great shape remember to get 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight a day for toning. Also remember to stretch before and after working out. And an adequate amount of water
