Question by ~Emma~: I need a good fitness plan to follow for a bikini body.?
I’m 121.6 pounds, and 5’5″. I want to concentrate fat loss on my upper inner thighs, my abdomen, and my love handles. I love to eat healthy foods, but I don’t know how much to eat, and what to eat more of.
Can you all please give me some fitness, food, and any other advice please? I’m starting now so I can do it in a healthy way, and be looking better by summer.
Btw, I’m 16 in grade 11

Alright. Dont focus on losing weight because if your working out youll be getting skinnier and loosing fat at the same time. Muscle weighs way more than fat just remember that. Eat a healthy diet with lots of greens and plenty of protein like chicken and nuts. Workout your biceps for some great definition in your arms try investing in 15 or 20 pound dumbells itll make it alot easier and search great workouts on the internet make sure to get your bicep, tricep, lattismus dorsi’s (your back) and your abs to help rid the fat. Maybe when you get to highschool most schools have open weight rooms to attend and try running every day upping your running distance by a quarter mile every week. it may not sound like it but it will get easier as you get more conditioned. Keep to a 2,000 calorie diet and try to be doing something active for about an hour a day. Visit www.mypyramid.gov to find a healthy diet for you. Hope it helps man! Just remember set goals and dont give up!
